Delivery information

General

**The following applies to all products shipped by Ecothrive. For any AC Inifinity products or The Goop please check the relevent section at the bottom of this page.**

We endeavour to ensure all orders are delivered within the chosen delivery time periods, however, if an item is not delivered within the given time-scales please get in contact with us and we will do all we can to track your parcel down and give you an update.

Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the day after.

We use DHL, UPS, Parcelforce and other third-party courier services for our deliveries therefore we cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time as delivery is the responsibility of a third-party courier.

We suggest to customers to place orders well in advance to allow for unforeseen delays.

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of their packages and inform us of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity.

Items out of Stock

Usually, everything displayed on our site is in stock is present in our warehouse and available for immediate dispatch.

If any items ordered are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will refund in full any payment the customer has made for the item(s). Other items ordered by the customer will be dispatched in the normal way. In the unlikely case of this happening we undertake to notify the customer at the earliest opportunity.

Oversized, long length and Bulky Items

Occasionally, bulky orders may need to be delivered on a pallet. We will contact you to advise further.

Return shipping charges

Over 99% of our deliveries are made on schedule and without issue. Please note that if the courier is unable to deliver to your address and the parcel returns to sender, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping and return charges. This includes if the buyer provides bad address information. This can also include if the buyer’s parcel goes to a parcel shop and is not collected within the timeframe advised. If a parcel is refused for changed mind all shipping and return charges will be deducted from any refund offered.

Mainland UK

  • Delivery to Mainland UK is free on orders over £50 
  • Orders under £50 have £5 delivery charge added at the checkout
  • Regardless of your basket value, a heavy item surcharge on £2 is added for bags of coco, soil
  • All orders are shipped on a 1-2 business day service
  • For Highlands and UK Territory Islands, surcharges may be applied after you check out. You will receive an email with a payment link if a surcharge is due.

Northern Ireland

  • Delivery to Northern Ireland is charged at £15
  • Regardless of your basket value, a heavy item surcharge on £2 is added for bags of coco and soil
  • All orders are shipped on a 2-4 business day service

Europe

  • Delivery to Europe is calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your basket and delivery address
  • Please note a £10 surcharge is added to items that are 1m or longer
  • All orders are shipped on a 2-11 business day service
  • UK taxes are removed from the checkout but you will need to pay import duty, taxes and customs fees before delivery. You will be contacted by your local agents to arrange this

**The Goop

As each batch of the Goop is handcrafted for optimal quality, orders will be shipped (free of charge) directly from The SoilSmiths' lab, separate from other Ecothrive products. All orders will be shipped the following Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

**AC Infinity

Any AC Infinity goods will be shipped by LED Grow Shop UK and will arrive separately to other Ecothrive products. Free mainland UK shipping is offered for orders over £150.

Most items if ordered by 2:30pm will be shipped same day (working days only) and will be scheduled for a next working day delivery. If an item within your order is bulky or long length, this is not always going to be delivered by next working day, please allow extra time as special courier collection has to be booked.

For shipments to the Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Territory Islands, surcharges may be applied after you check out. There may also be surcharges for oversized, long length and Bulky Items. You will receive an email with a payment link if a surcharge is due.
