Pumice (3-8mm)

Pumice is a naturally occurring volcanic rock that improves soil aeration and drainage, helping prevent soil compaction and waterlogging in potting soil mixes. It is mined, washed and graded, taking very little energy to manufacture (unlike other horticultural additives such as perlite and clay pebbles).

How to Use -  

Add to a soil mix at 10-50% to achieve your desired aeration and water-holding capacity. For Living Soil Mixes, between 20-30% is a good range.
